Services are offered on a periodic basis as agreed to by Client and does not require a contract. Payment for all subscription Services are processed in advance of service.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or adjustments for payments made for our subscription or install services. The activation delivery of a Service subscription shall constitute a completed transaction and an authorised payment transaction.

Clients may terminate the Service at any time by utilising the Termination functions provided on the Client Service dashboard. Termination will not be acknowledged by phone calls or general email.
